Ladies should not wear loose fitting tops because they will slide over their heads when in a downward position.

Our strides are different and due to that, those shoes that are used for running cannot be used for working. If the shoes are not in the right condition they should be replaced even if they are the right ones for the gym. Those shoes that have a worn flat do not provide the support and traction need during workouts.
